經朋友介紹昨晚去The Boss吃晚飯。雖然地方不大,但裝修高雅,有酒店的氣派。最令我回味的有Alsaka 蟹三食,蝦醬雞,黑松露炒雜菇。Alsaka蟹三食有:避風塘式蟹腳-金香的炸蒜與蟹腳很配,一條條蟹肉很新鮮,有汁。蛋黃蒸蟹膏-濃濃的蟹膏及滑滑的蛋黃一起進食,令口腔內散發餘香真是末發擋。花雕蛋白蒸蟹肉-花雕味不會太濃,蛋白很滑沒有蒸過火,恰到好處!蝦醬雞-蝦醬很香,雞香脆又有汁。有很香的蝦醬味又不會過鹹。很特別,讚!黑松露炒雜菇-菇炒得乾身,加入黑松露醬後更加惹味!
