今日去左金鐘睇kaws,之後搭船去尖沙咀行街,行到攰就去左食串燒,呢間店係厚福街,鬧市中有一點隱世。先上前菜每位 $20活赤貝刺身 $58,朋友實在太愛活赤貝,每次吃日本野都會點,話要試下邊間最好味,呢間都好味啊;另外點左個特大日本帶子刺身 $98,有4件,超鮮甜!紫菜魷魚鬚天婦羅 $58,確實有紫菜味,綠綠的外貌不算討好,炸得有點乾。雞肉棒 $42,有隻生蛋黃,雞肉棒可沾上蛋汁,除了有雞肉還有些爽口的雞軟骨。明太子雞翼 $28,明太子釀在雞翼內,少許辣,好飽滿。牛舌厚切 $48,爽口既牛舌係我至愛,最愛呢種口感同牛既香味特別香,讚!白鱔 $68,燒到脆卜卜,上菜時還見到在燃燒,好正好香,必吃。栗米 $22,粟米有半條,賣相已經知一定好味,意想不到,有牛油味加甜甜粟米香,好想再encore!芝士翠肉瓜 $22,翠肉瓜同芝士唔算好夾,純翠肉瓜會更好吃;炸豆腐 $20,好好味,炸到個皮好脆,又不失豆味。整體串燒質素高,即叫即燒,熱辣辣,調味剛好。
