🐃 尋晚食牛腩麵發現原來崩沙腩同普通腩都真係幾唔同，崩沙腩係一層一層有埋筋膜係肉之間，切得工整，甘香鬆化，配合蔥花同幼麵，好食。湯頭好味，唔算重味精，食完都冇口渴；個幼麵都好有質素，完全冇鹼水味又有嚼勁。另外驚喜之選係鮮蝦雲吞，非常新鮮大隻，係水準之上。加多碟腐乳通菜已經好飽，仲要好平。晚市好多人客，一齊搭枱食碗麵～Butterfly brisket is a special cut and tastes more premium because there are layers of membranes among the meat.
