To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為新年期間非常之繁忙所以到現在才post出來和大家分享！大年初二，一早book了盆菜，十二點半喺何文田的美心領取！我是第一次買盆菜回家吃，所以很擔心它的食物質素及同它的熱度。美心的盤菜非常熱騰騰，它做的保温功夫做得非常好。我雖然要一段時間才回到家，但回到家它的溫度還是很熱。打開盤菜非常之多料，它的菜、蝦、雞、鮑魚都是分開裝，我要逐一將他整齊的放進盆菜內，雖然有點麻煩，但都想到美心的体貼及周全的想法。因為他擔心在翻熱的過程中會把這些比較名貴的鮑魚蝦翻得太熟！所以將之分開！美心的盆菜真是味道一流，不論是蝦、鮑魚、冬菇豬皮、魚蛋、蘿蔔都非常之好味，甚至這些腩肉也非常入味，總括而言非常抵食！
