我同朋友決定去大刷一餐,地點係屋企附近的“西環碼頭”啦~呢間食肆已經變成我同朋友的“飯堂”,就係因為佢有質素、海鮮明碼實價、仲有我最愛的“龍皇泡脆飯”~門口有個大大的魚池,寫明每樣海鮮的價錢,呢個價仲包埋基本的烹調費,例如$98一籮的花蛤,就可以豉椒炒、酒煮…抵食架~先來一個果皮蒸鮑魚仔($118),朋友欣賞佢洗得夠乾淨,我就鍾意佢成粒切開再放上個殼,可以好有儀態地食囉~當然,佢蒸得啱啱好,又爽又甜又好吃~再來一個蒜蓉粉絲蒸帶子($78),今次就蒸得太熟了,粒帶子肉硬了少少,好在條裙邊仲好爽脆,正~主角出場,呢個“龍皇泡脆飯”($78)真係超抵食,用海鮮炮製的湯底,加埋魚肉、蝦肉、帶子粒、珊瑚蚌、菜粒、白飯等,再用個火爐滾熱,然後再加埋炸到脆卜卜的飯粒,一入口,幾百種鮮味湧上來,包你食完一碗又一碗~我不可一日無菜,之前試過薑汁豆苗真係好夠薑,可惜宜家豆苗成百蚊斤,唯有轉食泰式通菜。服務員介紹我地食啫啫通菜,果然無介紹錯,又辣又香又keep warm,$58抵呀!朋友就不可一日無肉,試了蜜糖檸檬焗鹹豬手($108),估唔到又幾盞鬼喎,又甜又鹹幾特別;朋友試吓點青檸汁,咦,好有泰菜feel

呢度對出就係昂船州大橋,睇住呢個一望無際的海景,真係心曠神怡
