To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 遠遠就看到冰室大招牌，但是要翻一座天橋才能到，好累TOT。等了一會兒，但是在外面看看明星簽名和海報也很有趣。進去之後雖然店不大，但是裝飾都很有趣，各種照片。本來想點芝士三明治，但是夥計聽成了公司三明治，所以上來巨大的一份，裡面的炒蛋超好吃，華星的炒蛋真的很讚。校長多士烤的很香，看顏色就很想咬一口啦。甜品選擇有很多啦，選了蓮子冰試試看，只喝奶的話有點太甜，但是配上蓮子淡淡的苦和清香，一下就要清涼爆炸。結賬的時候問店員能不能拍照，他說可以啊，隨便拍啊，還指著另一個人說要不要跟他合照啊，他超帥的哎。笑死我了。喜歡，下次帶朋友還要去。
