To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚嚟到附近上堂，返學前吃過簡單晚餐，樓上上課，樓下有間譚仔，好方便。 這食店地方大，好多枱，因為未算最多人，有一邊的位置還未開放呢。平時食開麻辣四、五小辣的我，今日挑戰三小辣，餸揀選墨丸和炸醬，今日唔係太肚餓，少米線，可以減一元，叫咗杯少甜少冰凍檸茶。上菜速度都好快，感覺依然好大碗，一般配了一些韮菜、芽菜及鮮腐竹，墨丸有四粒，及一碗仔炸醬。今天的墨丸好大粒，勁爽勁彈牙，有驚喜。譚仔嘅炸醬真係好好食，唔會太辣，送米線一流。凍檸茶正常發揮，有三片檸檬，都夠酸，茶夠香。
