To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 幫襯左呢間茶餐廳都有一段幾長日子. 由之前係彩德邨山上到家下搬落黎彩盈邨.其實一間茶餐廳都無咩好寫食評. 不過今次真係好想讚下佢地. 因為係呢數年間睇住佢地的麵食有進步. 本人因為夜晚食量奇少. 所以多數都係食粉麵. 好記得早幾年無論食牛腩米又好, 食淨雲吞又好, 又或者食其他粉麵都好. 都係咸到叫媽媽. 但最近呢幾個月幫襯, 跟朋友多數都係一碗淨雲吞再加一碗粉, 好似牛腩米, 或者雲肉雲吞米等等.家下無以前咁咸. 以前什至試過咸到要回返比佢地再叫其他食品. 講完前言. 講返今次的食品. 同樣叫左一碗淨雲吞. 雲吞都幾大粒. 重會有一兩條菜.味道對於我黎講係剛剛好, 已經唔會再好似以前咁死咸. 口感還算爽. 早幾星期食過菜肉雲吞. 兩者比較, 菜肉雲吞重有少少咸. 希望佢地可以輕手返少少就好.今次重點係牛腩米, 首先個牛腩唔係全瘦. 有少少肥. 食落去好林. 而且十分入味. 以前係咸到喊. 呢兩星期食味道都剛剛好.就算個米粉唔同個牛腩一齊食都好, 個米粉都充滿左牛腩的湯汁味. 超入味今次呢個牛腩唔係有塊好un的"皮",就完全完美.希望佢地以前可以繼續輕手d. 等大家都食得健康d. 開心

因為係呢數年間睇住佢地的麵食有進步.
