To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近都幾鐘意去下酒吧餐廳！貪佢又有酒飲又有野食 環境夠chill’今日放工就同事去左太子呢間度食下野飲下野！朋友叫左杯菠蘿沙冰，沙冰幾柔滑、唔會有冰粒、菠蘿味都十分濃！小食叫左個水牛城雞翼，雞翼烤得好金黃，賣相好令，上面仲有芝士醬汁！ 入口外皮好脆，味道十分惹味！送酒一流我地仲叫左個牛油大蝦螺絲粉，大蝦分量都多，醬油係香濃creamy 既牛油！意粉煮得剛好，唔會太軟，保持到咬口！甜品店員推薦我地試下草莓鬆餅，黎到少女心爆發，烤餅好香，旁邊係一埋草莓再配上香草雪糕，草莓上仲加上煉奶，超正！熱熱既鬆餅加上雪糕同甜甜既草莓 食落超幸福！鬆餅外脆內鬆 好味！呢度既菜式質素高，岩哂想飲野又想食野既朋友們呢！
