To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🍚出色超有鑊氣小菜館🍚位於旺角既喱間小菜，大部分食客都係叔叔😆，小菜抵食又有鑊氣，而且開到好夜，適合食宵夜、遲收工去食飯😎。蜜餞鎮江骨($93)黑醋骨係店內招牌菜，一上枱時係超熱熱到咬唔到落去😂。食落外層好酥化，但肉係實在，醬汁偏稀但足夠掛汁，醋味經過烹煮變成香氣，鍾意酸甜口必點。番茄牛肉炒蛋($98)鮮茄味好出，牛肉嫩，不過蛋少左啲，但撈飯一流！香辣炒雞($88)雞肉雖然切得細，但炸過所以保持到外面微焦但入面係嫩，整體好濃味，香辣感十足。酸菜魚($138)魚一般唔洗試🫣，食酸菜魚都係要去返川菜餐廳。
