今日放工同豬先生行左去河畔花園食晚飯,想食廣東菜既豬師奶揀左衣間中式酒樓。雖然佢出名乳鴿,不過想食小菜既我就揀左砂鍋芥蘭炒豬頸肉同秘製海珊骨。海珊骨聽落唔知咩尼,其實係炸排骨,落左南乳醬。睇餐排見係豬肉但唔知原來佢係炸既,一上菜其實有五六件都係炸肥豬肉,想減肥既你地可能要唸唸。豬先生都覺得冇乜特別,而且真係太唔健康,食淨兩三件冇食。相反個砂鍋芥蘭炒豬頸肉就好有鑊氣,賣相好吸引,而且好好食,唔會太油太咸,送飯一流。叫左兩個白飯,份量岩岩好,晚飯會收加一同茶芥。

相反個砂鍋芥蘭炒豬頸肉就好有鑊氣,賣相好吸引,而且好好食,唔會太油太咸,送飯一流。
