To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一星期前 book 定位, asked for window seat,  安排了給我, 很滿意的服務啊,  服務員人手都是明顯唔夠, 但都很快回應要求, 加水及要牛油都很快比我們,  (一片餐包跟沙律上, 沒有牛油的)  沙律內有切小塊的火龍果, 餐湯是豆湯, 有 home made 風味。我們order 了Ribeye Steak & 雜菜蕃茄意粉,  Ribeye Steak 7 成熟,  肉外燒得有點脆口, 肉內有點肉的口感,  有肉味, 真係要熱食, 伴碟的燒薯很好味,  薯皮都甜甜滑滑的,  份量雖少, 卻是「貴精不貴多」。由於我們兩人share 食, 所以先熱食了Ribeye Steak , 之後才吃雜菜蕃茄意粉, 可惜是凍了,  未能試出真味,  只感到無咩特別,  雜菜中無咩別緻菜, 都是普通的洋蔥啊, 三色椒,  又無香草味, 蕃茄味又唔爭氣。 最後餐茶上,  柸是露營用的柸樣,  我見隔離order 的鰻魚飯, 是露營用的cook set 上碟,  放在樹幹底盤上,  非常有露營 feel 。
