To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 外賣回家順道帶點好有韓feel 的炸雞件,加上啤酒幾瓶,邊看電視邊享受,最好能約上三五知己共享,一樂也;再來兩三份泡菜炒年糕,作為娛慶,又可充飢,更可留有香辛餘味,好充實的享受一個晚上。炸雞件醬汁味濃帶辛辣,鋪在尚有水份的炸雞件上,外加芝麻,香脆而帶質感,餸酒一流!泡菜炒年糕,帶辣而爽的年糕,有咬口感而不黏牙,份量足,酒後最佳填肚的主糧!外賣值得一提的是店內不用發泡膠的盛器,而是用紙碗盛載炸雞,極環保,而盛載炒年糕的食用膠盒,外觀給人一種清潔的感覺,有別一般外賣的另類店鋪。一個贊!如果外賣袋再落些心思,可成一格!
