To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

懷舊菜和鑊氣小炒我都啱食，上星期六同埋朋友專程過嚟喜滿樓食晚飯。我哋點了芝麻雞、八珍豆腐、多士丶酸辣骨及椒鹽白飯魚。餐廳對食物質量充滿誠意，雞件切得不是很大件，芝麻雞外皮夠脆唔油膩，肉質嫩滑唔膩口。酸辣骨絕對值得一讚，一字骨肥瘦適宜，一食就知用靚骨。椒鹽白飯魚係我呢餐最鍾意嘅，外脆內軟，脆得唔油，送酒一流。值得一提係蝦多士，蝦滑鮮甜仲夾有原隻蝦，多士香脆，非常有口感。真材實料。個個餸菜都滿意，每道菜都精心炮製，實在難得。
