To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我又嚟，今次係講洋紫荊海上遊。我身為香港人都係第一次上船遊維港兼有得食同有歌聽，但係真係一次就夠。首先講講環境，完完全全係為咗遊客的需要，我哋香港的散客就座正在大堂正中偏後，遊客就座曬係前面同窗邊，大家都知上船主打係維港景，睇表現唔駛上船，咁就要扣分。入正題講食物，真係一配普通的食材，有冷盤、沙律、蛋糕、熱盤、BBQ、生果，種類是可以接受啲，但係質素真係好普通。如果將三百幾的價錢完全放在食物上，一定肥佬，但係加入座船、有景睇、有表現就當合格。但係在時間上真係需要調節，全程只有兩小時，但係在最後的四十五分鐘，工作人員經己開始慢慢將食物一份一份咁閃入工作間了。總之，各項因素加埋最多當合格，有餘錢真係不妨一試，真係一試就夠。
