To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友話出左新Menu, 有新菜式好正， 即刻約同事lunch一行三人去試新嘢，今次第二次幫襯，必定會再encore! 😆😆👍🏻👍🏻😊😊！一黎店主介紹左個Caprese Salad，仲加咗Parma Ham, 中間個Burrata Cheese 好柔軟，口感好正，我特別鐘意個黑醋甜甜地唔會搶喉，店主話自家調過，好啱我口味呀！😋同事又點左個煙鴨胸辣茄醬意粉，諗住冇乜特別，食落有驚喜，個sause辣辣地，而辣度適中，好開胃，唔會有‘悶’感覺，好好食！👍🏻😋另外又叫左一個Prawn Thermidor Fusilli, 好好味，個cheese cream 醬好濃好正，蝦又彈牙好味，都係嗰句，好味！😍隔離飯香，見隔離食緊個炸蘑菇嘅物體，緊係試吓啦。呢個炸白蘑菇我覺得係必食，個蘑菇咬落去係juicy, 再加個黑松露醬，簡直冇得輸，本身鐘意食香口野，又鐘意菇同黑松露醬，一次過滿足晒三個願望，呢個一定會encore🥰😎!甜品今次試咗店主推介homemade cheeses cake, 諗住係啲死實質地cheese cake, 點之又有驚喜，佢係棉密得來軟熟，口感有啲似雪糕咁滑，味道好香cheese😬，

呢餐lunch好完滿，好滿足，成餐聽得最多係”wa,好食wo”, ”正wo”, ”好味呀!”….🥰☺️！

整體每樣都好好味，感到店主好有heart,對食材有要求，都係用啲比較靚/貴材料，所以覺得性價比高！最重要係冷氣夠凉，環境好舒服😬
