To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

成日經過大埔都好想試吓呢間野，今晚就一於去試吓！知道呢間野個鹹豬手好出色，一於就叫黎試吓佢首先嚟咗個湯，不過不失冇乜驚喜之後都主菜鹹豬手登場，其實之前一路食鹹豬手都好怕太鹹，但呢間唔算好鹹，仲好多肉，配埋個薯蓉真係一流！跟住驚唔夠飽，男朋友就話叫多個意粉仲有叫左個大啡菇芝士漢堡，好多汁好好味
