To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期五晚上約咗朋友們去尖沙咀睇戲，睇戲前就決定快快趣去醫下肚先朋友就推薦左呢一間係山林道嘅越南野，話上次去食就覺得佢唔錯。我哋一行三人，店內因座位唔多，有一位遲左到，所以話一定要等齊人先入得，絕對理解我地係出面坐左陣，老板最後都好好人咁比我地入去坐住等 齊人後，望左望menu, 最後我決定要一碗香茅雞翼河粉，另外兩位就叫左三寶河同香茅豬扒撈檬再加個蒜蓉雞翼share。等咗5分鐘左右，我哋嘅河粉先上。本身都冇乜特別期待，但E...有驚喜！湯頭飲落好甜好夠味，河粉亦都十分滑！最正嘅係佢個香茅雞翼同香茅豬扒，醃得超級入味！係超級入味又唔柴！大推！不過一比之下，個蒜蓉雞翼就比較遜色但都炸得十分之香脆，亦都有滿滿嘅蒜蓉係面！食完一定要擦個靚牙可惜肚餓既緣故，掛住食嘢相都唔記得影下次有機會再去先補返
