今日嚟到長沙灣一間法國小餐廳食brunch. 好好奇餐廳個名Oui Oui Bristro 究竟係點解。上google search 之下發現原來Oui 係法文即係人地問你肚唔肚餓嘅時候答嘅”Yes”. 餐廳嘅牆上有簡單裝飾。餐廳有一面嘅牆係黑板,寫咗當日之選菜式。Menu 好細心,圖文並茂。今次同友人share 咗個Seafood Crepe 同lobster linguine. 店員同我地講冇青口,用咗帶子代替。一上菜見到佢賣相唔錯,食慾大增😍雖然份量唔算好多,但水準唔錯。首先個沙律幾好食,落咗醋同oliver oil, 唔會太酸同heavy, 上面亦有落芝士粉同黑椒,沙律菜新鮮。Crepe 煎得剛好,表面有少少燶但食落軟綿綿,點埋流心蛋個蛋漿食一流。海鮮方面,d蝦幾彈牙,而且有鮮味。帶子超好食,入面唔會煮得太老,外面煎到金黃色。擺盤嘅大蝦頭令到道菜睇上嚟好吸引。值得讚嘅係龍蝦味好足,蝦肉實肉好有鮮味。而扁意粉就每條都沾滿蝦醬,仲會見到有d蝦膏喺上面,如果份量更多就更好。用$18 飲到一杯香濃嘅caramel cappuccino, 性格比幾高。
