Restaurant: Mu Sa Shi Ya Ma

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近晚市重開 第一次試呢間日式居酒屋 估唔到都幾有驚喜🏮刺身非常生鮮 擺盤都好吸引👍🏻(本來唔太好魚生都試左幾塊 真心好鮮甜有驚喜)米酒好香好醇 飲落唔會覺得澀口~ 鋪頭入面可以選擇嘅酒類都好多 如果唔知要簡邊款嘅話 店員都會耐心介紹~差唔多每枱都會落單呢個鰻魚飯 同平日食開嘅有啲唔同 偏向脆身唔淋 亦都唔會好多好甜嘅鰻魚汁淋上面店員細心介紹有4種食法 有加wasabi 蔥粒同紫菜/拌溫泉蛋/加湯做茶漬飯 個人最欣賞茶漬飯👍🏻串燒有8種 有納豆/明太子/燒汁 etc 食落口感好有趣 上枱係岩岩做起 所以熱辣辣 可以拌溫泉蛋汁食最後仲有試左魚湯同烏冬(不過唔記得咗影相)魚湯幾鮮甜 烏冬正常發揮👍🏻題外話:老闆好似係半個日本人 會講半咸半淡嘅廣東話 店員同老闆都好熱情招待 感覺係一間都好有日本當地風情嘅居酒屋 值得一試🏮
