今晚女朋友同我慶祝生日,知我不嬲鐘意食牛,所以bk左呢間喺銅鑼灣、專食宫崎和牛嘅餐廳,門口有晒獎狀同證書,未入已經知好掂今次叫左宮崎A5櫻花牛極上燒肉套餐,對住維園食特別開揚,用app點餐超級方便第一round咩部份都試啲,除咗基本嘅西冷之外,仲有肩口肉、五花腩、牛肋肉、肩里肌,無咁油脂重嘅外後腿肉、內後腿肉都有!店員建議我地由深紅色食到赤身粉嫩,咁樣先可以感受到和牛牛脂嘅變化。油脂比較重嘅肉,配上Wasabi係最好,可以中和返個油脂,即刻可以食多幾舊除咗和牛,其他嘢食都好有特色,建議試以下呢幾款日式小菜:蟹味噌甲羅燒淮山松葉蟹肉沙律胡麻豆腐菠菜沙律雞皮餃子黑松露餃子日式醬燒茄子最後甜品有密瓜雪糕同埋牛乳布丁,兩款都超好食,為呢餐飯畫上完美句號
