年初一諗住book位食齋,但多數傳統齋舖一係好難打通電話,一係唔接受Booking,難得搵到呢一間新派素食餐廳可以喺OpenRice訂位,一於同長輩去試一試。店舖面積唔大,但裝修雅緻,一入到去俾到人靜心舒服進食嘅感覺,打開餐牌見到仍然有$60-70一份嘅午市套餐(主食+餐飲),另一個菜單就係新春小菜,約有10款選擇,百零蚊一款,新春期間餐牌上嘅菜式選擇雖然少,亦要收加二服務費,但每道菜式都有驚喜🤗四人點了三款小菜,咕嚕猴頭菇、蘆筍百合牛肝菌、啫啫芥蘭伴炸雨衣甘藍(記得大概係咁嘅名,正確名堂唔記得咗😜),同埋一份午市套餐嘅炒麵,咕嚕猴頭茹外層脆口,用猴頭茹代替肉類估唔到營造到食肥豬肉嘅感覺,醬汁亦十分醒胃👍🏻平時雨衣甘藍一般都係沙律菜中出現,原來炸嚟食口感會幾特別,好似炸紫菜嘅味道,而炒麵亦帶脆口,配料亦好味。食完唔覺油膩,呢一餐絕對係新派素食意料之外嘅好味,平日餐牌選擇應有更多,有機會我會想再嚟試試其他菜色😋

食完唔覺油膩,呢一餐絕對係新派素食意料之外嘅好味,平日餐牌選擇應有更多,有機會我會想再嚟試試其他菜色😋
