To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

用app book咗檯，夜晚來食個便飯有折扣。西冷牛扒🥩(10oz) $288本身order前會擔心西冷牛扒比較瘦，食落會好韌，同埋佢冇寫牛扒出產地。但整間餐廳只係得西冷這一款牛扒選擇，所以揀無可揀就order了。碟西冷牛扒一來到就感覺份量好足，牛扒🥩好厚好大塊！雖然本身order咗7成熟，但佢整到幾乎全熟。雖然佢幾乎全熟，但係食落竟然唔覺得韌，完全冇黐牙，仲好有彈性添。本身塊扒嘅黑椒味都好香，唔駛點汁都好食。我覺得唔鍾意食生嘢嘅人就算order佢全熟，都可以享受到一塊正牛扒了🥩。泰式石鍋虎蝦冬陰功湯 $88用石鍋裝住個湯，賣相同誠意唔錯。可惜虎蝦得兩隻，湯內仲配搭咗啲奇怪配菜例如西蘭花、紅蘿蔔🥕，唔係正宗嘅煮法。湯嘅味道偏酸。話晒都係酒店Cafe，服務ok。今次用app訂座有折扣，食得超值，幾開心。下次如又有優惠可以再嚟encore
