Restaurant: SOUP PLUS (Wetland Seasons Park)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢排調左入黎天水圍做嘢,以前要入濕地公園先有餐廳,而家多左新樓,開始有啖好食,唔使行番岀市中心。好,坐低睇下有咩好食先。老壇酸菜煮黑魚片,我好喜歡食魚,個魚片好滑,一啲碎骨都冇,個湯酸辣味剛剛好,仲有豐富嘅配菜,酸菜同芽菜都係海量嘅,同埋欣賞佢識得將個米線分開上。香蔥薄餅,細個好鍾意食蔥油餅,都好耐冇食過,估唔到呢個小吃煎得好好,表面少少焦,夠薄夠香脆。涼粉紅豆冰,天氣咁熱,梗係要飲啲涼快嘅凍飲。
