14/7又黎到遊行嘅日子,仲記得上次食過同系位於銅鑼灣嘅金龍冰室,印象唔錯,決定今日再試一次。原本打算叫常餐瑞士雞翼,但已售罄,友善店員姐姐提議幫我轉做鹵水雞脾,咁我就抱住一試無妨嘅心態即管試試喇。雞脾用鹵水汁醃得好入味,肉質亦算嫩滑,係一個小驚喜,多士同埋炒蛋都正常嘅,唯獨公仔麵味道稍淡同埋浸得太耐,奶茶茶同奶嘅比例唔錯亦唔會太甜。
