To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

當然唔係因為得手撕雞好食啦其他都唔錯唔錯 但係想表揚一下手撕雞呢個係一隻雞既份量 當上枱嘅時候，我哋見到嘩咁大碟 已經有啲震驚😂😂芝麻味 麻油味 啱啱好嘅海蜇 當然唔少得芫荽🌿隻雞非常滑 唔會覺得好難咬 啲肉好嫩第一眼真心覺得個底係配菜 點知係滿滿的雞肉啊 唔會好似出面個啲店咁 下面塞啲椰菜或者係其他係底(扮到好大碟咁)我比滿分💯介紹埋其他菜式比大家!! 雖然冇影相🤣🤣但全部都大大份 價錢合理我同啲朋友都好大食 但全部人都好飽 特別要講下蜜糖薯仔牛柳粒 肉唔會好難咬 薯仔，雖然唔係出面食嗰種 好趣嗰種 相反佢煮得好琳 幾鍾意呢個質感 比起出面嗰啲有少少唔同 但係好好食 OpenRice仲可以訂枱，勁方便！
