好耐無入大西北,呢排天氣開始濕,味蕾反而想找些刺激食下辣野,見呢間新店企企理理,有唔少街坊幫襯,直接一試無妨。記得第一次聽螺絲粉係來自一位廣西既同事,名符其實「食螺絲」,但後來發現只係唔同版本既米線米粉而已。螺絲粉湯底偏酸,酸豆角酸筍令人食得酸爽、炸豆皮吸收晒湯底令辣味更燙口, 望落清清地既湯底其實係螺煮出黎既,帶有一份鮮甜。配料方面揀左「炸蛋」,香酥不油膩,蛋味又香,好似海綿咁好吸湯;另外揀左鴨腳(適合無「腳」不歡既我),夠淋,唔洗出手都輕易吮到骨,不過小心吮既時候俾辣湯俗親!同米線店唔同既除左係米粉質地較爽口滑溜,就不得不提果種獨特既「味」:有人話係臭,有人話係香,同榴連都有異曲同工之妙呢。但只要放膽一試,真係好容易會上癮,想一食再食!襯新店未排長龍,可以再反兜!

同米線店唔同既除左係米粉質地較爽口滑溜,就不得不提果種獨特既「味」:有人話係臭,有人話係香,同榴連都有異曲同工之妙呢。但只要放膽一試,真係好容易會上癮,想一食再食!

襯新店未排長龍,可以再反兜!
