有日係旺角行街,見到food court 竟然有一間專食燒鵝的店,男友又勁愛食,就一於試下!餐廳名字頗為有趣,為傳統燒味增添新意!燒鵝髀賴粉$98燒鵝髀飯$98平時出街食日一個鵝脾飯/瀨,去出名小小嘅餐廳食都要百幾蚊,呢度$100就有找,仲要份量都幾多。鵝脾皮燒得甘香脆口,鵝肉鮮甜,脂肪香味四溢。配上酸梅醬,更加帶出鵝肉的鮮味。賴粉份量十足!口感煙韌。爆檸茶(+$8)夏日炎炎,點樣都唔少得一杯凍飲!加咗$8就可以嗌一杯特飲,紅茶味十足,有青檸及檸檬,清新解渴。滑蛋叉燒飯$45雞蛋用北海道牛乳炒香,非常香滑。叉燒惹味有嚼勁,兩者伴飯一流。餐廳仲有唔少fusion 菜式,有我最愛既芝士同鐵板,下次都可以試下!
