To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次食牛奶冰室早餐，估唔到有驚喜！開頭覺得普通一個魚柳早餐賣 $47 似乎有啲貴，但黎到就發現係物超所值，炸魚柳有兩塊，一大一係，炸粉適中唔會過厚，外脆內軟好香口。蒜蓉多士有一大塊，蒜蓉味濃郁惹味，比一般茶餐廳嘅牛油多士好味。牛奶炒蛋俾上面啲食物遮蓋住，撥開其他食物就會發現炒蛋有差不多成個碟咁大，係淡橙色嘅炒蛋，蛋味香，炒得嫩滑，油度都可以接受。最開心係有半條粟米！好似 KFC 嘅牛油粟米咁用木簽吉住，方便攞住黎食，有粟米即刻令個早餐顯得豐富好多又健康少少。不得不提佢杯熱奶茶竟然用凍飲杯裝，變相份量 double 咗！奶茶正正常常，整體食物質素都好滿意，唯獨服務態度比較一般，啲職員都無咩禮貌，更加唔好要求有笑容，不過我同自己講茶餐廳唔收加一所以都唔好要求咁多啦。
