今日去開銅鑼灣,比較少去吃中菜,但是看到菜式,有點吸引。從銅鑼灣地鐵站行過去穿過一條小巷,就見到呢一間餐廳,都算多人!點了5個菜,係大份又抵食,主打水上人家菜!😍😍蒜蓉粉絲扇貝最常見的吃法就係扇貝搭配蒜蓉粉絲來蒸,扇貝鮮美,粉絲更係吸曬扇貝鮮味。蒜蓉先煸香再用,香味揮發出。大澳鹹香雞鹹香雞最好就係送飯,白飯殺手,我同屋企人都食到停唔到口,嗌咗幾碗白飯ko 半隻雞🤣非常入味,滑嫩多汁,咸香可口❣️三弄脆皮豬手好多人都點呢一個餸,豬手外皮焦香酥脆,肉質油潤細膩,配埋芥末醬,一定要配埋支啤酒🤣成隻豬手好大隻 ,起咗好多肉👍🏻超過$400、仲會送得一隻鹽焗奄仔蟹☺️職員仲會親自幫手計時同埋喺面前焗蟹,膏粉滑香口,蟹肉鮮美緊實。食一隻真係唔夠喉😋呢度係有奄仔蟹放題食㗎,下次有機會試吓
