之前已在steak bar銅鑼灣分店試過有水準的吉列炸牛扒,身為牛魔王的我食過返尋味,今次就來到位於蘭桂坊嘅中環分店再試真D😋😋先講講環境,一入門口已經係張bar枱,播住好chill 既音樂,加上落地玻璃可以望出街外,十分蘭桂坊格局,即刻叫返枝cider扮下野先。頂級板腱牛扒$215板腱即牛肩胛,屬於肉味較濃的部位,而呢度嘅板腱十分厚切,如此厚度十分考驗廚師功夫,很容易表層過熟/內部過生,店員建議五成熟,似乎佢地對廚師嘅功力好有信心,輕輕一切,已知道沒有失望,粉嫩十足而慘出些微肉汁,礙於部位問題肉質偏瘦但容易咬開,肉味甚濃,隨碟附上燒汁和岩鹽兩種調味,燒汁微甜意外地滋味,岩鹽將肉味進一步帶出,平時我係鐘意咩都唔蘸,今次兩種調味都好令我滿意。蜜糖蒜香雞翼$58蜜糖跟蒜香本身已經是好拍檔,配上雞翼更是無可挑剔,十分滋味我一道小食。
