To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疫情下幾年冇食自助餐，看到網上介紹，目測不錯，就帶老爸老媽出去食好東西。一個有驚喜的下午茶自助餐，首先是服務，餐廳所有員工都非常有禮貌，包括廚師、停車場內的工作人員，真是很讚。餐廳座位寬敞，樓底高，乾淨整潔。食物選擇頗多，有牛扒、芝士、火腿、西式熱葷、炸魚薯條、壽司、天婦羅、點心、灼粉麵、印度菜式、咖喱、中西湯、西點酥餅、多款甜品、名牌子雪糕、咖啡茶任飲。天婦羅即炸沒有油膩感，做得好好，尤其蟹柳是推介；點心乾蒸牛肉、饅頭很美味；好飽也要吃一碗灼粉麵，推介辣椒油，絕配；咖喱雞香口必定配薄餅；星洲炒米幼細的米粉炒得乾身，絕不求其；雪糕有椰子新口味；咖啡、茶、果汁任飲，雖然不能渴太多，但餐廳絕不吝嗇。
