整體串燒火候控制得好好,調味亦適中唔會搶咗食材本身嘅味道👍🏻 會再翻嚟食嘅一間小店💕燒牛舌芯唔會太多調味,食番本身牛味😋 燒到半生熟表面焦脆口感爽彈完全冇筋😋係香港入面已經係好高質嘅燒牛舌😋免治雞肉棒入面混咗紫蘇葉(討厭紫蘇葉人士請小心🤣)另外值得一提燒雞皮(冇影到相)係會燒到外脆內軟,入口仲有雞油香😋
