睇哂三季既台灣熱播劇(華燈初上)之後竟然比我係銅鑼灣搵到呢間《稻埕飯店》一樣咁紫醉金迷,以懷舊夜總會為主題的台式餐廳!環境超靚,當然打卡亦一流啦!前菜~話梅小山藥,酸甜又開胃!白滷水九孔鲍魚,滷得好入味唔會太腍帶點爽口,一入口充滿台灣滷水味道👍🏻!湯~蟹肉蛋白泡泡脆米金湯第一次飲好特別,南瓜湯底加上好多蟹肉,仲有個蛋白泡泡,加埋一齊飲,好味到停唔到口😅!主菜~鹽酥波士頓龍蝦脆角豆金瓜鹽酥製法,特別好惹味,加埋米通、南瓜和秋葵乾,送酒一流!黑松露鮮百合花,加埋黑松露和奶油去整,估唔到配搭不錯,好香👍🏻!燒香金鑽風梨芭樂安格斯牛小排牛小排肉質嫩滑拼上金鑽風梨的甜酸味道,好好味之餘再沾上芭樂醬汁,絕配👏👏👏!八斗子炒飯加埋隻大虎蝦賣相已經一流👍🏻,配料仲有北海道帶子、鹅肉、蟹籽和蟹肉,超足料,啖啖都係鮮甜味😋!飲品~Cocktail平日少沾酒水嘅我,都覺得呢到既米水系列的Cocktail 不錯,打卡亦一流👍🏻!
