To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前係義大利餐廳，見轉咗手，所以去試試。午餐menu有幾款意大利粉，幾款扒類，同一般西餐廳差唔多，所以無咪特別期望。我地叫左白酒煮蜆扁意粉同羊架，即叫即煮，有誠意。賣相唔錯，味道有驚喜，有水準。白酒煮蜆扁意粉：有白酒香味，蜆肉好新鮮，扁意粉有咬口。羊架：7成熟，半肥瘦，唔會好乾，羊騷味配返個薄荷Jelly啱啱好。同一般午餐一樣，可以揀湯或沙律，嘢飲仲可以揀果汁、咖啡茶或者罐裝汽水。幾十蚊至百幾蚊一個餐，又唔加一，算好公道。值得再光顧。
