To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 唔記得咗影食物相 點左兩款晚餐,有意外驚喜。不遜色於出面中等以上既日本餐廳。第一樣: 照燒牛舌 +自家製蕎麥麵牛舌厚切 而且燒得香口,帶點牛本身既油香,有少少似食緊和牛口感(我唔確定係咪每個部位口感是否一致)第二樣: 炸蝦雜菜天婦羅🍤+自家製蕎麥麵天婦羅(炸蝦,車厘茄,枝豆各2,冬菇,南瓜各1)本人認為價錢合理 炸蝦亦食得出係新鮮蝦,天婦羅各方面亦夠脆身不油膩提提大家,佢蕎麥麵係同一般既唔同,聽講係店家自製,真係比出面爽口彈牙,記得要試啊~
