To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次去到筲箕灣，諗唔到食咩，就用openrice app search 一下附近有咩好食！剛好就附近有間拉麵店，而且冬天嘛，都好想食熱辣辣嘅野！一坐抵就發現有一盤烚蛋，仲要係任食！之後睇menu 有2人set都係$188可以揀兩個主食（包括拉麵及鰻魚飯「要另+$10」）及可揀3款小食我揀左雜錦拉麵（+$10），見到佢地好有心煮，因為每碗麵嘅湯都係即煮，唔似其他煮定倒落面度！湯好濃，熱辣辣好好味👍我老公揀左鰻魚飯（+$10）一個長方合上枱，啲鰻魚好好味，燒得好香👍小食（3款）1. 炸雞- 炸得好脆，調味很好，每件都好大舊（因為平常的炸雞小食都好細粒）👍2. 煎餃子- 菜同肉都好均勻，仲有6隻，而家煎得好香，食落唔肥（利）👍3. 串燒- 鹽香好夠，連燒大葱都好好食，有驚喜👍整體都表現好好，連店員都好有禮貌，一定會再幫趁哦😊

剛好就附近有間拉麵店，而且冬天嘛，都好想食熱辣辣嘅野！

一坐抵就發現有一盤烚蛋，仲要係任食！

之後睇menu 有2人set都係$188
可以揀兩個主食（包括拉麵及鰻魚飯「要另+$10」）及可揀3款小食

我揀左雜錦拉麵（+$10），見到佢地好有心煮，因為每碗麵嘅湯都係即煮，唔似其他煮定倒落面度！湯好濃，熱辣辣好好味👍

我老公揀左鰻魚飯（+$10）一個長方合上枱，啲鰻魚好好味，燒得好香👍

小食（3款）
1. 炸雞- 炸得好脆，調味很好，每件都好大舊（因為平常的炸雞小食都好細粒）👍

2. 煎餃子- 菜同肉都好均勻，仲有6隻，而家煎得好香，食落唔肥（利）👍

3. 串燒- 鹽香好夠，連燒大葱都好好食，有驚喜👍

整體都表現好好，連店員都好有禮貌，一定會再幫趁哦😊
