早兩日入開屯門,問朋友有咩餐廳係市區冇的,佢哋話屯門市廣場有間越南野叫 What The Pho幾特別。於是我地一行四人就去左試試。先叫咗個豬頸肉沙律試試,少少的微辣再加上酸甜的沙律,都幾開胃;最緊要系D豬頸肉幾入味,有驚喜!之後上杏仁蝦餅,唔算好大塊但好彈牙,有埋杏仁個感覺幾特別。香芒軟殼蟹米紙卷味道OK, 但感覺就沒有太特別。蛋網炒金邊粉個造型好吸引,好鍾意一層薄薄的蛋嗰種質感同味道。雞翼味道好好,個調味好特別,問個店長佢話喺特別再改良過,所以而家好香同埋粉皮比較薄。最後叫咗個椰青糕,有少少淡但感覺好清,店長話因為係用真椰青無落糖做,所以唔會太甜。飲品我哋各自叫咗一杯特飲,其中我杯熱洛神花茶好香,不過夏日炎炎如果有凍嘅就更好。今次係一次驚喜,一般以為有質素嘅越南餐廳都會喺市區先會有,以後去屯門探朋友就多一個原因了!
