海港酒家係大集團,本身冇乜大期望,應該一般酒樓質素。入到去座無虛席燒乳豬仔,皮多脆,正臘味炒芥蘭,正常發揮,芥蘭幾好味原隻燒鵝,皮笑得好靚,非常之大隻,厚肉,另外佢嘅碟下邊係有火,令佢保持一個熱度,肥嘅地方唔會變成白色嘅脂肪,呢個值得加分。粉絲蒜蓉蒸扇貝,我食嗰隻主力個腦,同埋有沙,但我朋友嗰啲冇問題,所以我呢度有啲減分枝竹羊腩煲,羊腩唔會過分臊,恰到好處,加埋生菜冇得頂蒸石斑,雖然石斑佢冇蒸過龍,但係條石斑啲肉質就有啲過老,好似食緊橡膠,唔係好得。總結師傅啲手勢都幾好,值得再嚟。
