無論半島定街坊價我都是常客,但我很少寫食評。今次對粉嶺呢間餐廳享用晚餐經驗 令我很有驚喜!沒想到在聯和墟舊墟都能有這種高質素餐廳,而且價格合理!我和男友點了一個 Grilled Pork Rack 和 Sea Bass, Waiter advised the Pork would be cooked in 80% done is the best. It was an amazing pork with nature juice and fine quality pork I rarely have and with perfect cook. And the sea bass has a bit salty to me but my bf said it’s just right. Anyway, it’s came with higher level skill of cooking the sea bass into crispy skin texture but still keep the juicy body. Lemon cheese cake also a great
