To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行過幾次見到佢門口餐牌嘅花膠泡飯都好似好吸引,一直幻想呢碗泡飯都會有啲花膠膠質,有啲黏黏地嗰種感覺。當然知道50蚊亦都唔可以奢求啲咩,不過當碗泡飯一送到上嚟嘅時候,我眼前明明見到嘅係一碗冬瓜泡飯。碗飯裏面有好多好多嘅冬瓜粒,中間有一嚿花膠,當然幻想中既什麼花膠膠質一定冇,不過最起碼佢唔會腥。諗住碗湯會有少少黏黏地,但係就一啲都冇,完全係一碗冬瓜泡飯嘅感覺。我叫咗嘅係花膠雞扒湯飯,雞扒係幾好食嘅,醃得都幾好。泡飯就明顯啲湯有好多味精,其實佢一啲都唔難食,如果佢當佢係一碗冬瓜雞扒湯飯,咁會係相當稱職,而且$50係合格既,只係味精多咗少少。不過如果當佢係花膠雞扒湯飯,抱住呢個心態入嚟就會好失望。所以去唔去試就取決於你想食花膠湯飯定係冬瓜泡飯啦。
