To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天中午黎到牛奶冰室，每次來到總見有人排隊，今天決心排隊試一試。環境:外面有幾張木桌子，每張木桌子也有太陽傘，環境寬敞舒適，不過只供外賣，因為食環署不許餐廳把餐具在外面享用的服務:今天真是可惜，本想加$9,餐飲試試經典菠蘿冰，但午餐時已說冇菠蘿了🤣。於是和朋友一起order黑糖紅豆牛乳兩杯，但只剩下一杯，因為沒有紅豆🤣🤣所以那杯比了朋友，我order了一杯即磨咖啡，等了很久，原來漏了單。食物:蒜香蜜汁义燒蔥油飯$58餸好多，但飯很細碗，义燒不夠蜜味焗黑松露汁巨人雞意粉$60焗厚切豬意粉(香濃蕃茄汁)$60兩個意粉比較乾身，雞扒和豬扒也是很乾，份量是足本的。另外加了$9那杯黑糖紅豆牛乳稍甜，整體感覺都只是大份，一人未必食得晒，可以考慮兩個餐，三人分享。
