To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我再次光顧小店,點了十六元的擔擔麵,麵的份量也不少,很抵食。即叫即做的擔擔麵熱騰騰,麵條較幼身。我不知道老闆用了甚麼做湯底,只知裹面有濃濃的花生醬,而且湯底索水很快。一開始吃的時侯味道較淡,但花生醬的味道會越吃越濃,吃到最後還感覺有點膩,吃完後會覺得滯。擔擔麵沒有配料,所以本打算多叫一串墨魚丸,但墨魚丸剛好沒有了,我便點了五元一串的山根,味道與其他小店沒有大分別,但厚實有嚼勁。擔擔麵內有蔥,不吃蔥的食家記得叫走蔥。
