朋友生日想食鐵板燒,係銅鑼灣就搵左間高質又性價比高嘅鐵板燒店內以時尚簡潔為主,空間感十足有兩邊大大嘅鐵板燒位置,客人可以近距離觀賞廚師即席烹調各種新鮮食材仲要消費滿 $1500 就免費送龍蝦,咁抵食,無理由唔試食物方面 :晚市鐵板燒一人前- 前菜汁煮螺肉 : 蘿蔔同螺肉醃製後夠曬入味,螺肉淋身得來又有少少煙韌,蘿蔔柔嫩香甜- 燒物西澳龍蝦 : 龍蝦夠曬新鮮,肉質緊實爽口,用上龍蝦膏汁煮蝦肉,味道相當濃郁北海道帆立貝 : 帆立貝好大粒,煎到表面金黃,中間剛剛熟,再用鹽同黑胡椒調味,配上師傅調製嘅菠菜忌廉汁,口感軟滑鮮嫩大蝦 : 選用大大隻虎蝦,口感爽口彈牙,再以蝦膏煮成醬汁嘅精華,味道充港香濃鮮味立鱗甘鯛 : 甘鯛立鱗燒製法,燒到魚鱗非常脆口但魚肉保持嫩滑,再配上南瓜海膽忌廉汁,帶出魚肉嘅鮮味,層次豐富鵝肝 : 鵝肝相多大塊又肥美,煎到表面金黃,再配上金黃香脆多士及意大利黑醋,鵝油西溢,邪惡到一個點,最後再食埋焦糖蘋果片及鮮果,減低油膩感再食其他美食黑豚薄餅 : 將黑豚肉洋蔥、蔥花爆炒,再煎到脆身嘅薄餅包住食,外脆內軟多汁,師傅好有創意嘅菜式鹿兒島和牛 : 和牛粒油脂平均,燒到五熟肉質嫩
