To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢一日放假可以同老婆大人、朋友去個世外桃源嘅地方玩返日嗰道就係黃金海岸酒店,綠草如茵有海有沙灘又唔算太遠晒我哋!喺青衣搭小巴過去眨吓眼就到怕搭路面車嘅老婆大人都OK。呢日晏晝午餐去咗沙嗲軒食星加坡菜,嚟呢道食自助餐就試過其他餐廳我都係第一次嚟咋!入面好多落地玻璃好光猛舒服真係勁有渡假Feel。我呢個人好寒底所以第一餐必定要飲熱嘢!見到有呢個楊協成金盞菊花茶即刻點嚟試吓!用咗楊協成嘅菊花茶加埋啲金盞花浸成,飲落去個味好熟而且唔會好甜幾好飲喎。我哋嗌咗兩個新加坡嚐味套餐一共有六個餸好鬼豐富!頭盤喺燒釀豆卜、沙嗲豬肉同埋雞肉串。燒釀豆卜幾有豆香入面仲有啲爽口嘅芽菜同青瓜絲,加埋啲香口嘅花生碎食落都幾唔錯。串燒有雞肉同豬肉兩樣我都幾鍾意,燒得香口但係唔乾加埋個沙嗲醬食一流。跟住仲有一次過可以試晒兩個地方嘅鴛鴦肉骨茶真係過癮。呢碗係馬來西亞風味嘅肉骨茶,係偏向藥材味重啲嘅味道老婆大人就最鍾意。而我就鍾意呢個胡椒香味濃嘅新加坡肉骨茶,平時食肉骨茶嗰條骨通常都唔係幾好食!但係呢度嘅一字骨係好鬆化同有肉香,大家記得一定要食咗佢啊。其中一個主菜我哋就揀咗椰香咖哩牛腩配印度千層油酥餅,咖喱香得嚟唔會好辣牛

另一份個主菜就係沙嗲軒嘅招牌海南雞飯,大家都知我最鍾意食雞㗎啦!呢隻海南雞都做到皮滑肉嫩唔錯㗎 !

我哋仲叫埋淨係星期一至五先有三個菜午市套餐,前菜係星洲蝦羔什菜沙律,入面有蘋果、沙葛同埋青瓜呢啲爽口嘢!配咗個用蝦膏整嘅醬撈勻嚟食,材料爽口加埋鹹鹹香香呢個前菜好有風味。
