To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見openrice到冇完整嘅update menu，特登影齊一份方便大家睇。呢到除咗hotdog仲有burger食！是日就叫咗個美式漢堡，單叫$36，套餐$56，外賣加$1。加$20套餐可以揀兩款小食 : 鮮果沙律/美國粗薯條/瑞士雞翼/肉丸/羅宋湯/罐裝飲品或熱飲。美式漢堡，包身烘得外脆內軟，大量芝麻，食落香氣十足！裡面有半溶芝士，生菜，洋蔥圈，蕃茄同厚厚嘅漢堡；呢個配搭一睇就知好味！可能因為外賣關係，漢堡略嫌乾身，期望內裡可以更加juicy。小食美國粗薯條係必食嘅，炸嘅火喉啱啱好，金黃香脆！肉丸有三粒，味道唔錯。
