To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

mummy有coupon，3個人7折，睇過佢集團下咁多間，呢間濠餐廳既評價似乎唔錯，所以就試下。去到沙田火車站下既小巴站就有接駁巴士，good!12點鐘去到，我地係最早個批，環境比較靜，但都唔錯。我地安排左係向樓個邊既枱，如果下次再黎會試下訂向河個邊，雖然只係城門河，但視野會廣闊d嘛!價錢唔太貴既buffet，食物當然唔會太多元化，但都有基本既魚生壽司、印度咖哩、燒烤、車仔麵、熱食等等。三文魚，都唔差整pizza既，不過係佢整好切好哂一件件，個批底係薄既，但味道唔錯。呢個counter旁邊有一個迷你蝦肉/雞肉漢堡，就真係唔錯呀，我覺得蝦堡好味d~燒烤物，呢個麻麻地，唔多夠味，其中有一個燒羊脾，唔知係咪食中舊脂肪，勁騷，如果再食羊脾我會識得先切走舊脂肪就冇咁騷喇!食下沙律菜清一清有咖哩牛、雞(?)同薯仔，唔錯。右下角就係件pizza!甜品都唔算太多款，不過都有blueberry cheese cake、tiramisu、麵包布丁等，仲有一個甜品櫃，有木糠布甸、芒果布甸、椰汁糕等等，淨係試左木糠布甸，唔會一味得個甜，合格!最正就有movenpick雪糕，個日有6款口味: 朱古力、tiram
