To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有D寒酸嘅自助餐體驗

似乎經濟真係好差，三連假第一晚，人數唔夠一半，場內燈光有D暗，可能為慳電。食物種類不多，份量亦睇住出，好多食物唔夠熱，一個職員要顧兩邊，煮熱食同切刺身。個叫Coco 嘅阿姐，態度極差，想幫行動不便嘅媽媽取一份刺身，自己亦取一份，佢好倔咁話食完至再攞，哎😑。我懷疑D員工將D好嘢食留俾自己，包到靚靚，但顧客食嘅就真係好差。咖哩軟殼蟹嘅味度好怪，而且完全唔熱，總之全晚最熱嘅係杯熱滾水。去大排檔食打冷都抵過食呢餐，似乎都係炒散員工？點樣做特價都好，永不幫襯。
