To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期五晚當然要出黎抖抖氣啦，來到了紅煮意食晚飯。樓上舖，但門口都唔難搵㗎，一上樓梯就到。除左dinner set，仲有唔少前菜、小食揀㗎。現場環境昏暗氣氛唔錯，逢星期六晚仲有歌聽添，至於係咩類型嘅歌同歌手，可以上餐廳fb或ig睇公布🎵🎶⭐餐湯 & 法包叫左兩份晚餐，揀左跟餐湯，是晚餐湯係蘑菇湯，好香菌味😋仲有烘得香口的法式多士。⭐美國安格斯烤菇牛肉漢堡配薯條朋友點了漢堡，賣相唔錯㗎，厚厚的漢堡扒，仲有半瀜芝士、大啡菇、生菜蕃茄等，多汁美味。薯條係粗條，薯味特別香濃🤤⭐Red Idea卡邦尼意粉自己就點左餐廚招牌，用得店名命名應該係推介啦😆醬汁好creamy，啱啱好包住每條意粉，意粉有咬口，好好味。⭐鴛鴦 & 熱情果汁餐飲見有新出嘅樽仔奶茶同鴛鴦，試左支鴛鴦，啡味幾香奶茶夠滑，平衡做得唔錯😋朋友就點左指定果汁，是晚係熱情果口味。⭐藍莓芝士餅伴雪糕又點少得叫埋甜品，本身想叫朱古力但賣晒啦，咁轉要芝士蛋糕啦，藍莓醬香甜，芝士蛋糕厚實濕潤，芝味十足。旁邊的雪糕係伯爵茶口味，有驚喜喎，茶味極香，唔知係咪店家自製呢🤤食物好味，份量十足，加上價錢親民，支持小店啦👍
