To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友介紹這一間川菜，味道都算幾好，新年來講，客人都算多，好像多數都是熱客，環保和裝修舊了點，老闆說做了八年了。但係都幾有風味我們兩個人叫了三個餸，味道都幾好，但人數太少，好多菜都試唔到，叫了辣子雞，炸得好好食，調味唔錯，空口食都唔咸，啱啱好。水煮魚，我們叫了大魚，骨比較多，但對鍾意食魚的人來說無咩問題。涼拌大腸，好辣，可能我們叫了中辣吧！這裡有特價啤酒（金威）$12蚊雞，真係唔知佢賺咩錢。一共食左200幾蚊，川菜來講算平。下次要約多幾個朋友再來食過！

我們兩個人叫了三個餸，味道都幾好，但人數太少，好多菜都試唔到，

叫了辣子雞，炸得好好食，調味唔錯，空口食都唔咸，啱啱好。
